三点支承中空玻璃抗弯性能试验与数值分析

摘    要:通过三点支承中空玻璃板受弯承载试验,量测了关键点的位移、应力,并应用有限元方法与试验进行校核,进一步计算了点支承处孔边的应力.有限元计算结果与实验测值吻合得较好,通过对比发现,点支式等边三角形中空玻璃承受均布荷载时,形心与边缘中点处的位移都比较大,板面最大主拉应力出现于长边中点处;孔边应力较小,对于整块玻璃板的承载性能影响不大.计算结果表明,进行三点支承中空玻璃的抗弯性能设计,应验算板面形心与长边中点处的位移与应力.

Abstract:This paper measured the displacements and stresses on certain points in the bending test on 3-point-supported insulating glass unit, and used finite element method to calculate the stresses around the hole at the support point. Calculations versus experimental correlations are good, and the results demonstrate that when bearing lateral uniformly distributed load, the displacements at the centroid and the verge center are both relatively large, and that the maximum principal tensile stress appears at the verge center, however stresses around the bearing holes are relatively small. The results indicate that the stresses and displacements at the centroid and verge center should be calculated in the design process.
