摘    要:气动肌腱是一种新型的柔性气动执行元件,具有许多普通气缸所不具备的特性,能较好地适应传动技术绿色化这一发展趋势.将气动肌腱与各种型式的机械增力机构相结合,是一种实用而又新颖的创新设计方法.在此基础上,文章介绍了一种以气动肌腱为驱动力的双边铰杆增力气动夹具的结构特点、工作原理,并给出了其力学计算公式.

Abstract:Pneumatic muscle is a new kind of flexible pneumatic actuator, which has many particular characteristics comparing with pneumatic cylinder. It can well fit the trend of green drive technique. Combing pneumatic muscle with mechanic force amplifier is an applied and creative design method. With this method, a new kind of pneumatic clamping device based on two-way toggle force amplifier driven by pneumatic muscle is introduced. It's working principle and characteristic features are analyzed and corresponding mechanics calculating formulae are also given.
