香豆胶提取工艺及设备

摘    要:阐述了一种加工香豆胚乳片的新工艺和设备,采用湿法水化、表面烘干、搓碾分离、粉碎去杂等工艺对香豆进行处理。所生产的香豆胚乳片,提胚率达90%以上,纯净率超过95%;胚片经增粘粉碎制成的香豆胶粘度在4000~5000mPa·s,水不溶物小于5%,完全满足了用户的需要。

Abstract:The technology and equipment for processing fenugreek endosperm splitsare described in this paper. The seeds are expanded rapidly through adding some heat water and then are toasted. Wherein the components of the seed are separated by multi-stagegrinding and sifting operations. The extraction rate of endosperm splits from the seeds isover 90%. The pure rate is greater than 95%. The viscosity of fenugreek gum is between4000 and 5000 mPa.s. The content of water-insoluble substances is below 5%.
