摘 要: | 针对用户的功率因数会在用户低负荷生产情况大幅度下降的情况,分析了现有无功补偿计算方式及其在低负荷情况下的工况,提出了以阶梯型设计补偿电容及配置合理投切装置为基础,并探讨了此时智能投切控制器所需的控制逻辑和功能需求,使得用户功率因数在用户低负荷情况下仍然能够保持在较高水平。

Abstract: | Aiming at the situation that the power factor of users will decrease greatly when the users are in a low load condition, the existing calculation methods of reactive compensation and its working condition of low load are analyzed. A new method based on the design of stepped compensating capacities and the reasonable on - off instrument is proposed, the control logic and the functions required by the intelligent on - off control equipment are discussed, which can keep the power factor in a higher level when the users are in a low load condition. |
