多面斜螺纹孔网架球的数控加工

摘    要:以网架球为研究对象,分析了多个斜面螺纹孔的数控加工难题,解决了使刀轴垂直于斜面的问题,在三轴和四轴数控床上实现了斜螺孔的加工,但效率较低;最终利用五轴数控机床,高效地完成了批量多面斜螺纹孔的数控加工。提出的3种斜螺纹孔的加工方法适用于其他斜孔类零件的加工。

Abstract:Taking the frame node as research object,machining problem about multi-surface inclined threaded holes was analyzed.The problem how tool axis plumbs inclined plane was solved.Inclined threaded holes machining was realized on 3 axis and 4 axis CNC machine tools,but machining efficiency was low.The lot production of multi-surface inclined threaded holes were completed efficiently on 5 axis CNC machine tools.The proposed method is applicable to other parts with inclined holes.
