| 摘 要： | 采用二段萃取法从粗钪中分离提取氧化钪,当一段TBP萃取体系中羧酸盐型表面活性剂用量与氧化钪用量比为0.1∶1时,抑制稀土、钍、锆等杂质被萃取的效果显著。在二段TBP萃取体系中加入酸类络合剂用量与氧化钪用量比为0.15∶1时,可以显著抑制锆、铁等杂质被萃取。

| Abstract: | Two-stage extraction method was applied to extract scandium oxide from crude scandium. The extraction of rare earth, thorium, zirconium, and other impurities was inhibited by adding carboxylate surfactant with ten percent of scandium oxide in one-stage TBP extraction system. The extraction of zirconium, iron and other impurities was inhibited by adding acids complexing agent with fifteen percent of scandium oxide in two-stage TBP extraction system. |
