| 摘 要： | 以对叔丁基苯乙腈为原料，经酯化、酯交换得到中间体2-（4-叔丁基苯基）-氰基乙酸（2-甲氧基）乙基酯（Ⅰ）；邻三氟甲基氯苯发生格氏反应后，通入二氧化碳得到邻三氟甲基苯甲酸，经氯化亚砜氯化得到中间体邻三氟甲基苯甲酰氯（Ⅱ）。中间体2-（4-叔丁基苯基）．氰基乙酸（2．甲氧基）乙基酯（Ⅰ）在碳酸钠催化下与中间体邻三氟甲基苯甲酰氯（Ⅱ）在相转移催化下得到目的产物丁氟螨酯，总收率43．1％（以对叔丁基苯乙腈计）。

| Abstract: | The intermediate（ Ⅰ ） of methyl 2-（4-tert-butylphenyl）cyanoacetate was synthesized by esterification and transesterification reaction of 4-tert-butylphenylacetonitrile with dimethyl carbonate and ethylene glycol monomethyl ether successively. 2-trifluoromethyl benzonic acid was prepared by Grignard reaction of2-chlorid benzotrifluorid followed by carbonation, then it was chlorinated by SOC12 to give the intermediate（Ⅱ）2-trifluoromethylbenzoyl chloride. Under the catalytic of Na2CO3, the intermediate（ Ⅰ ）reacted with（Ⅱ）to give the target production of cyflumetofen. The total yield is 43.1%（calculation on 4-tert-butylphenylacetonitrile）. |
