| 摘 要： | 将蔗汁经水解，脱色与离交净化后，再加氢，浓缩，冷却结晶，即可得甘露醇，副产山梨醇。每吨六元醇耗甘蔗８．６９ｔ，比以白糖为原料节约甘蔗１．４２ｔ，而产值为生产白糖的３．２倍。

| Abstract: | Mannitol can be obtained from the juice of sugarcane by hydrolysis,decolori sation, ion exchange. and then hydrogenation, concentrat ion, cooling crystallization meanwhile the by-product is sorbitol. The consumption of sugarcane Per ton of hexahydroxy alcohol is 8. 69t. saving 1. 42t sugarcane compared,ith that used,hite sugar as raw material, moreover the production value is 3. 2 times larger than that of the production of white sugar. |
