基于DDS技术的超声电源系统的设计

摘    要:针对超声电源系统出现的频率跟踪慢、精确度低、振动系统失谐等问题,且为了克服传统PWM专用芯片产生频率漂移大的缺点,采用了直接频率合成技术(DDS)来产生高频信号,实现具有高稳定性、高精度性的大功率超声电源.为提高振动系统的功率因数,对超声换能器进行电感调谐匹配,并根据匹配端采样得到的电压、电流信号,提出了利用锁相控制技术来实现频率自动跟踪的方法.

Abstract:In improving the speed and precision of frequency tracking and eliminating the frequency mismatch of vibrating system of ultrasonic power supply,the traditional PWM special-purpose chip has a big frequency drift.Direct Digital Synthesizer technology (DDS) is used to produce the high frequency signal,and the high power ultrasonic electric generator with the high stability and accuracy is realized.Through the external inductance series matching of the ultrasonic transducer to enhance the power factor of vibrating system,then samples of the voltage and current signal of the electric matching end are taken,using the phase-locked loop control to realize the automatic frequency tracking.
