交流并网海上风电场无功配置原则研究

摘    要:海上风电具有年利用小时长,同时具备风速稳定、占用土地少等优势,在我国的发展逐渐受到关注。由于大量使用海底电缆和建设海上升压站的需要,海上风电场的电气结构与陆上风电场有所区别,反映在无功特性方面存在明显差异。海上风电发展较快的国家在并网导则中都提出了海上风电场无功配置要求,而我国尚缺少针对性要求。基于我国目前海上风电以交流并网为主的现状,在总结国内外风电并网的基础上,计算分析了通过交流线路并网的不同规模海上风电场的无功特性,提出了相应的无功配置原则,可为我国海上风电场的并网设计提供参考和借鉴,促进海上风电场和电网的协调发展。

Abstract:The capacity of offshore wind power integration is increasing with the benefits of higher full power hours and lower cost of land space. Due to the usage of undersea cable and offshore substation, the electrical construction of offshore wind farm is different with onshore wind farm. The requirements of reactive power compensation for offshore wind farm are presented in grid codes for some coun?tries while not represented in China. At present, most of offshore wind farm connects the grids with AC transmission lines. In this pa?per, the configuration principles of reactive power compensation for AC integration offshore wind farm are proposed, the characteristic of different capacity offshore wind farm are analyzed.
