碳/碳生物活性玻璃涂层复合材料的组织结构研究

摘    要:通过包埋-粉末涂刷高温烧结工艺,以碳化硅作为过渡层制备出C/C生物活性玻璃涂层复合材料。采用SEM、EDS、XRD考察了涂层的组织结构,结果表明所制涂层具有多孔结构,从基体到生物活性玻璃涂层,成分和结构呈连续变化,消除了生物玻璃与基体的性质差异,实现了在C/C复合材料表面进行生物活性改性。

Abstract:In order to make C/C composites bioactive by using bioactive glass, we proposed a way for making them well bonded. Section 1 explains our way of making C/C bioactive glass coated composites (CCBCC) by combining the processes of pack-cementation, slip-dipping and sintering. Section 2 summarizes and discusses the results of our research. XRD (X-ray diffraction) analysis, given in Fig.1, shows that our CCBCC consisted of bioglass, SiC and C/C composites. SEM (scanning electron microscope) photos 2(a) and 2(b) show that there were pores on the surface of our CCBCC. EDS (energy dispersion spectrum) analysis, given in Fig3, proves further that gradient structure was formed in the process of sintering and that the composition of bioglass was still in the bioactive area. The above results show that both chemical and physical bonding exist between the bioactive coating and C/C composites, thus ensuring good bonding.
