磷钨酸铋催化合成乙酸正丁酯

摘    要:制备了磷钨酸铋催化剂,进行了XRD和TG表征,并对正丁醇和乙酸的酯化反应进行了研究。系统考察了磷钨酸盐的种类、酸醇物质的量比、催化剂质量和反应时间对酯化率的影响。实验结果表明,酸醇物质的量比为1∶1.5,催化剂质量为油酸质量的8%,在回流温度下反应时间45min,酯化率最高可达到92.4%。

Abstract:The catalyst bismuth phosphotungstate was prepared and characterized by XRD and TGA,then its catalytic performance was evaluated with the esterification of n-butanol and acetic acid.The effect of different phosphotungstates,molar ratio of acid to alcohol,the catalyst amount and reaction time on catalytic performance were investigated.The experiment results show that the yield of esterification can reach 92.4% under the following conditions:molar ratio of acid to alcohol 1:1.5,catalysts amount 8wt%(based on acetic acid),reaction time 45 min under reflux.
