摘    要:为避免“8”字型可膨胀波纹管在膨胀过程中由于截面曲率不当造成管体胀裂的现象,采用MATLAB优化工具箱对波纹管截面参数进行优化设计,并对优化后波纹管的膨胀性能进行试验验证。优化结果与试验数据基本一致。针对膨胀压力不超过16 MPa的小口径“8”字型波纹管,截面最小径为30 mm,波峰处圆弧半径不小于15 mm,最大外径110~113 mm。通过对比分析优化前后的试验结果,优化后的波纹管避免了膨胀过程中管体胀裂的缺陷,降低了膨胀压力,提高了膨胀效率。可为可膨胀波纹管现场封堵作业提供理论依据。

Abstract:In order to avoid the dilatant crack caused by the improper section curvature during the expansion process of the “8” type expandable profile liners, the MATLAB optimization toolbox was used to optimize the design of the section parameters of the bellows, the expansion performance of the optimized bellows was also tested and verified and the optimization results are basically consistent with the experimental data. For the small diameter “8” type bellows with the expansion pressure not more than 16 MPa, the minimum diameter of the cross section is 30 mm, the radius of the wave peak is not less than 15 mm, and the maximum outer diameter is in 110~113 mm. Through the comparison and analysis of the experimental results before and after the optimization, it shows that the optimized casing pipes could completely avoid the defects of the expansion and cracking during the expansion process, reduce the expansion pressure and improve the expansion efficiency, and provide a theoretical basis for the field plugging operation of the expandable profile liners.
