螺旋增压式串联旋流器分离性能试验研究

摘    要:基于计算流体动力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics, CFD)软件Fluent,以螺旋增压式串联旋流器为研究对象,采用Eularian-Eularian方法模拟,分析了不同处理量及分流比条件下旋流器的分离性能,并完成室内及井口分离性能试验设计,开展了旋流器分离性能试验研究。结果表明,处理量在2.4~7.2 m3/h变化时,旋流器的分离效率随着处理量的增大逐渐升高; 处理量大于4.8 m3/h时,分离效率增幅缓慢。分离效率随分流比的增大呈现出先增加后减小的趋势,得出最佳分流比为32%,最佳处理量为4.8 m3/h,试验结果与模拟结果吻合良好。

Abstract:Based on the Reynolds stress model(RSM)of the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software Fluent, the separation efficiency of screw pressurization dual-stage tandem hydrocyclone was analyzed by numerical simulation and experiments. The result showed that when the inlet flow rate was between 2.4 m3/h and 7.2 m3/h, the separation efficiency of hydrocyclone enhanced gradually along with inlet flow rate increasing, when inlet flow rate was greater than 4.8 m3/h, separation efficiency increased slowly. Separation efficiency increased to the maximum level and then decreased with the split ratio increasing. Experiments were carried out to verify the simulation results, which shows the best inlet flow rate is 4.8 m3/h, and the best split ratio of hyedocyclone is 32%. The simulation value matches with experimental result and the simulation method and results are accurate and acceptable.
