水平井井下防掉热洗阻漏集成器研制

水平井裸眼分段压裂技术作为致密油藏开发的主要方式之一,近年来获得了广泛应用。油井开采后期,措施井由自喷采油阶段转入下泵抽油阶段,在转抽作业过程中,井口极易发生落物入井,造成井筒过液通道堵塞,甚至落物以下井筒报废。同时,致密油含蜡量高,定期热洗清蜡作业会对储层产生严重伤害。研制了水平井井下防掉热洗阻漏集成器。介绍了方案的设计思路、集成器结构与原理、配套液压丢手工具和打捞工具。该技术可在确保不影响油气井正常生产的前提下,集井下防落物、热洗防漏的功能为一体,有效地弥补了裸眼分压工艺后续配套技术措施。现场推广应用8口井,取得了良好的效果。

The Development and Application of Integrator for Prevention and Leakage-proof of Hot Washing in the Downhole of Horizontal Well

Open hole horizontal well staged fracturing technology as one of the important ways of the tight oil reservoir development has been widely applied in recent years. During the well exploitation later period, the wells will step from the flowing production phase into the oil pumping phase, in which the objects fallings into the wells could easily happen at the wellhead and it will cause the wellbore fluid channels blocking, even the wellbore scrappages. The tight oil with high paraffin content and the paraffin removal by hot washing on a regular basis could lead to the serious damage to the reservoir. The design ideas, the structure and principle, hydraulic releasing and the fishing tool of integrator for the prevention and leakage-proof during hot washing in the downhole of horizontal wells have been introduced. It ensures the normal production of oil and gas wells, provides a comprehensive solution of downhole fall prevention and hot wash leakage-proof functions, effectively completes the open hole staged refracturing technology and has been site applied in 8 wells with favorable effects.
