摘    要:M型水下跨接管工作环境复杂,容易失效,且缺乏诊断数据,难以进行有效的故障诊断。提出了一种基于贝叶斯网络的M型跨接管故障诊断方法,并开发了一套M型水下跨接管故障诊断试验系统。该试验系统包含加载系统和数据采集系统,实现了对跨接管工作环境的模拟和故障数据的采集。利用ANSYS编写程序仿真,与试验情况进行对比。在此基础上,建立M型跨接管贝叶斯故障诊断网络,完成了对跨接管的诊断试验,效果良好。

Abstract:The subsea M-shape jumper is facing a complicated working environment and easily to be failed due to the lacking of diagnostic data. A M-shape subsea jumper fault diagnosis method and a fault diagnosis experimental system were developed based on Bayesian Network. The experiment system, which consists of a loading system and a data acquisition system, realized the simulation of jumper working environment and the collection of fault data. The ANSYS simulationprogram was applied to compare with the simulated the experimental conditions and a Bayesian fault diagnosis network of M-shape jumper has been established accordingly to implement the jumper diagnosis experiment with outstanding results.
