清砂解堵反洗装置研制与应用

摘    要:针对目前注水井因腐蚀结垢、聚合物堵塞、注水杂质等原因造成常规反洗阀反洗井不通、球阀关闭不严等问题,研制了清砂解堵反洗装置。该装置通过设置正向密封机构、沉砂机构、刮垢清洗机构,能够将注水过程中的砂体杂质沉积至装置环空,反洗时又能够将杂质及时排出,确保注水管柱的整体密封以及长期反洗畅通。室内试验表明,该装置反洗井开启压力1.2 MPa,清洁管旋转开启压力1.5 MPa,清洗效果明显。该装置现场应用318多井次,应用最大井斜65°,最大井深3 500 m,最长下井时间25个月以上,平均有效期300 d以上。提高了注水井的分层合格率,延长了注水有效周期,具有较好的应用推广价值。

Abstract:The sand removal and backwash device was developed for the water injection wells for the purpose of solving the problems of conventional backwash valve and ball valve closure sealing, including corrosion scaling, polymer blockage, water impurity, etc. The device can deposit sand impurities during the water injection into the device's ring by its mechanical features of forward sealing, sand depositing and a scaling cleaning. The impurities can be discharged during back washing to ensure the passage clearance and overall sealing of the water injection pipe column. The indoor test result shows that the device could provide 1.2 MPa opening pressure in reverse washing well and 1.5 MPa pressure during cleaning pipe rotation with obvious cleaning effects. The device has been applied in more than 318 wells in site, with the maximum well slope of 65 °, deepest well depth of 3 500 m, longest downhole time life of over 25 months, and an average effective period of over 300 d. The laminated pass rate of applied injection wells has been improved with the extended effective water injection cycles.
