一种基于关键链的项目进度计划方法

本文阐述了项目进度计划中,确定关键链的目的及意义,深入分析了传统项目计划方法存在的问题。同时,本文提出了一种串行的求解关键链的方法,并依托MS Project,将该方法运用于某市公路工程项目的项目进度计划,求解结果表明,在编制项目进度计划方面的应用,关键链技术要优于传统项目进度计划方法。

A Technology Based on Critical Chain for Project Scheduling

This paper illustrates the goal and significance of identifying critical chain in project scheduling,and analyzes the drawbacks introduced by the conventional project scheduling methods.Besides,we propose a sequential method for identifying critical chain,and apply it to project scheduling of a road construction project by using MS Project.The computing result indicates that the critical chain technology has better performance than conventional planning method in establishing project scheduling.
