| 摘 要： | 分析平面磨床的工作原理，介绍巧用平面磨床磨削模具轴类成型零件，重点分析和阐述夹具的设计和平面磨床磨削模具轴类成型零件的加工步骤。在生产过程中，经验证，此工艺系统结构合理，操作方便，设备投入不大，有明显的经济效益，工件尺寸合格，达到了技术要求，对中、小模具企业有很强的推广、借鉴、参考意义。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the working principle of surface grinder,using grinding surface grinder shaft forming mold parts.the design of jig and surface grinding machine grinding shaft forming mold machining steps are analyzed.In the producing process,rational structure of the process system is easy to operate in lower cost through experience test.There are clear economic benefits,and workpiece size is qualified to technical requirements of medium and small enterprises.It has a strong meaning of promoting and referring. |
