摘    要:采用真空压力浸渍(VPI)技术,对硼胺云母带和酸酐浸渍漆混合使用的固化体系环氧树脂绝缘材料与酸酐固化体系环氧树脂绝缘材料做常态介损、热态介损和瞬态击穿电压及场强的试验对比,分析不同固化体系绝缘材料混合使用对绝缘性能的影响,为实际生产中绝缘材料的选择与应用提供工艺指导和质量安全保证。

Abstract:Tests and comparisons are made on the breakdown voltage and field intensity of conventional dielectric loss,hot-condition dielectric loss and transient dielectric loss with complex insulating materials like curing epoxy resins combined with boron-amine mica paper tape and anhydride system by vacuum pressure impregnating technology(VPI).The influence of mix using of different curing system insulating materials on insulating performance is analyzed thus technical instruction and quality guarantee for material selecting and applying is provided.
