TDR1-127减速涡轮钻具在塔河油田超深井的试验研究

摘    要:为提高塔河油田超深井小井眼钻进速度,缩短钻井周期,设计并试制了一种具有金属密封的TDR1-127减速涡轮钻具,并在TH12509小井眼井中进行了试验,试验井段的钻速与同井相邻地层转盘钻井方式的钻速相比提高了80%以上,与邻井转盘钻井方式钻进相同地层的钻速相比提高了55%以上。理论与试验结果表明,TDR1-127减速涡轮钻具结构设计合理,工作寿命长,能够满足塔河油田超深井小井眼复合钻井需要,可进一步推广应用。

Abstract:In order to increase the slim hole drilling speed at ultra-deep wells in Tahe Oilfield ultra-deep, the reduction turbodrill127 which has metal surface sealed structure is designed and successfully trial-produced. It has been tested through composite drilling inTH12509 slim-hole well.
