| 摘 要： | 介绍了包括美国、中国、日本、韩国、欧盟(EU)诸国等在内的世界许多国家及地区的环境法规和燃料油质量动向。目前,美国、日本等发达国家及地区实施硫含量小于10μg/g的汽柴油标准,而我国预计在2020年后才能实施该标准。对如何提高我国燃料油质量,缩短与发达国家之间的差距提出几点建议。

| Abstract: | The environmental regulations and fuel quality trends in many countries and regions around world including the United States, China, Japan, Korea and European Union countries etc were introduced. At present, the United States, Japan and other developed countries had begun to implement the gasoline and diesel standards in which sulfur content was less than 10 μg/g,however,our country was estimated to implement it after 2020. Several advices about improving fuel quality and shortening the gap between our country and developed countries were put forward. |
