房地产方向课程主要分布于工商管理专业和工程管理专业,该文以工程管理专业为研究对象,提出了其房地产方向课程教学研究的必要性,分析了当前教学中存在的主要问题,并结合笔者教学实践从课程设置、教学内容、教学方法、培养模式四个方面探讨了该类课程教学改进的建议。
