曝气生物滤池高浓度污水预处理装置改造

采用增设2台钢质拱顶调节罐,添加混凝气浮系统,改造内循环隔离式曝气生物滤池系统等措施,对中国石化泰州石化公司原高浓度污水预处理系统进行了改造。工业应用表明,改造后预处理系统出水化学需氧量、硫化物、挥发酚和油类平均去除率分别为88.2%,95.9%9,1.4%,96.5%。总污水排放水质达到江苏省一级排放标准。

Revamping of pretreatment unit for high concentration wastewater by biological aerated filter process

The high concentration wastewater pretreatment system in Taizhou Refining & Chemical Co Ltd was revamped by adding two steel arched roof regulating vessels,a new coagulation floatation system,and revamped internally recycling isolated biological aerated filter.Industrial application showed that after revamped,the average removal rate of chemical oxygen demand,sulfide,phenol and oil was 88.2%,95.9%,91.4% and 96.5%,respectively.The discharging wastewater quality reached the first degree standard for chemical ...
