| 摘 要： | 文中围绕土木工程专业应用型人才培养体系,开展创新教育与应用能力培养,对教学改革与实践进行探索,确定了为少数民族地区服务的培养目标和办学特色,制定了应用型人才培养方案和课程体系,强化了实践教学环节改革,为民族院校土木工程专业人才培养模式提供参考。
