摘    要:采用吸收-蒸馏工艺净化丁烯水合尾气。以吸收剂S作为溶剂,在吸收温度为50~80℃,吸收压力为0.2—0.8MPa,吸收时间为1.0—2.0h,使C4烃处于气相的分离环境下,并在吸收器上部增加蒸馏段,以及控制蒸馏段回流比为1.2的操作条件下,可使水合尾气C4烃中的总杂质质量分数从0.683%降低至不超过0.001%。

Abstract:The tail gas from n -butylene direct hydration was purified adopting absorption - distil- lation process. Thee total impurity content in the tail gas could be decreased from 0. 683% to no more than 0. 001% by using absorbent S as solvent when the abosorption temperature was 50 - 80 ℃, pressure was 0.2 -0.8 MPa,time was 1.0 - 2.0 h,C4 was under the gaseous phase separation environment, and a distillation column was added on the top of with reflux ratio of 1.2.
