摘    要:以空气-含柴油污水为实验介质,在2级错流浮选塔中,考察了表观气速、液体流量和含油质量浓度对分离效率的影响。结果表明,总分离效率随表观气速的增大呈先增后降的变化趋势;液体流量的增大会显著降低浮选塔的总分离效率;污水含油质量浓度的提高会增大浮选塔的总分离效率。在液体流量为80 L/h,表观气速为3.75×10-3m/s的条件下,总分离效率较第1级提高了53.03%。

Abstract:The effects of superficial gas velocity,liquid flux and oil mass concentration on the oil-water separation efficiency were investigated in a two-stage cross-flow flotation column with the air-diesel oil containing wastewater as experimental medium.The results showed that the oil removal efficiency increased with increasing the superficial gas velocity,then decreased when the superficial gas velocity approached to a certain value.The increases of liquid flux could significantly decrease the overall separatio...
