| 摘 要： | 该文针对城市内涝的预测,提出了一种集成预测模型进行灾情预测。它综合利用了来自各机构的遥感数据、等高线数据、地下管网数据以及历史灾情信息,全面考虑了影响灾情的地形因素,并结合经验,克服了以往考虑影响因素不完全的不足,并且在实践中取得了较好的预测精度。
