摘    要:节能与新能源汽车发展战略对LNG汽车及加气站的应用推广带来了新的契机。为此,分析了LNG理化特性,探讨了中国LNG汽车及加气站的现状和发展优势,基于国内天然气汽车多元化区域性推广的迫切需求,结合国情提出了促进中国LNG汽车大面积应用推广建议:①加快LNG配套基础设施建设;②大力发展L CNG加气站;③加快制定LNG相关技术标准;④加强LNG汽车产业引导和政策扶持;⑤建立协调联动的LNG汽车应用推广体系;⑥遵循由点到线,有线到面,逐步推广的发展思路;⑦及早建立天然气汽车运行管理信息平台;⑧建立燃气汽车专项维修基金。

Abstract:The global trend of energy saving and new energy fuelled vehicles brings a new opportunity for the wide application of LNG vehicles and gas filling stations. An analysis is made first on the physical and chemical properties of LNG, and a discussion is made on the status and developing trend of LNG vehicles and gas filling stations in China. Under such conditions that Chinese natural gas vehicles need urgently to be promoted in some regions and in different ways, we present the following proposals for the marketing of LNG vehicles all over China according to the present situation:①The infrastructure should be hastened to match with LNG technologies;②More LNG/CNG filling stations should be constructed; ③The related technical code and criteria should be completed for the LNG technologies; ④Policies and government support should back up the marketing of domestic LNG vehicles; ⑤A coordinated and interacted promotion system should be triggered for the marketing of LNG vehicles; ⑥A principle of "point line face" should be followed by the gradual promotion of LNG vehicles; ⑦A running management information platform should be set up as early as possible for the natural gas vehicles; ⑧Special maintenance funds should be prepared for the gas fuelled vehicles.
