基于产形线精密蜗杆传动齿面磨削加工的研究

摘    要:蜗杆、蜗轮传动副共轭齿面精密磨削加工在工程中一直是一个难题,本文根据齿面产形线构形原理,对蜗杆传动精密磨削加工进行了分析研究,提出双侧锥形蜗杆砂轮磨齿的新方法,为蜗杆传动创造形成新的传动副、切齿方法、切齿刀具及机床提供了条件。

Abstract:Precision grinding about conjugate tooth surfaces of transmission vice of worm and worm gear in engineering is always a difficult problem.According to the principle of drafting on the tooth surface fractal lines,to research on precision grinding of worm transmission this paper puts forward new method of grinding of bilateral tapered worm wheel gear to provide conditions about the worm transmission creating form of new transmission vice,methods of teeth,tools of teeth and machine tool.
