ZrB2基超高温陶瓷的强韧化研究进展

摘    要:ZrB2具有高熔点 (3245℃)、高硬度(23GPa),高温热稳定性,成为最具潜力的超高温陶瓷,但是ZrB2韧性低的缺点限制了应用范围.本文总结了增韧ZrB2陶瓷的研究进展.目前,提高ZrB2基超高温陶瓷的断裂韧性的方法主要是通过掺入第二相,掺入相包括SiC颗粒、晶须、纤维,短石墨纤维,纳米SiC,氧化锆,Mo,Nb...

Abstract:Zirconium diboridediboride(ZrB2)has a high melting temperature of 3245oC,a bulk hardness of 23GPaand excellent chemical stabilityat high temperature, which make it an excellent candidate for ultra-high temperature materials.However, unsatisfactory values of toughness are still obstacles for them to be used widely. In this paper,the methods of toughening of ZrB2-basedcomposites are introduced,such as SiC whisker or fiber, short carton fiber, nanosized SiC, ZrO2 Mo, Nb, BN and AlN etc.
