Brief Introduction to Vibration Electroplating Apparatus

Vibration electroplating is a new technique for plating small parts by using vibrating apparatus. Working mechanism and types of electromegnetic vibration electroplating apparatus used in our country are brief introduced. Advantages and disadvantages of various types of the apparatus are pointed out according to the experiences of customers. Suggestions about the selection of vibrating baskets and electroplating technology are proposed. It is forecasted that extensive application of the vibration electroplating technique will be obtained in China.
