摘    要:从高温热处理技术方面介绍了碳纤维在石墨化过程中微观结构的变化和宏观力学性能的改变。综述了高温、热牵伸、催化、压力、渗碳、外加磁场等条件在碳纤维石墨化过程中的研究与进展,并对高性能石墨纤维的制造技术和研究发展进行了展望。指出优化石墨化条件、创新制造工艺、降低生产成本、进一步提高石墨纤维的性能将成为今后研究的重点和发展方向。

Abstract:The high temperature heat treatment technology and graphitization apparatus are the key in the manufacture of graphite fiber.The changes of structure and mechanical properties of carbon fiber in the graphitization were briefly introduced.The study and progress of high temperature heat treatment technology of carbon fiber were presented in this paper,and manufacture and development of high properties of graphite fiber were also prospected.High temperature heat treatment technology of carbon fiber in the graphitization included high temperature, hot stretching,catalyst,stress,cementite and magnetic field.It is concluded that the emphases in the future will be on optimizing graphitization condition,reducing the produce cost,and further enhancing properties of graphite fibers.
