| 摘 要： | 本文介绍采用ＰＷＭ信号控制以ＩＧＢＴ为主开关元件的高频开关稳压电源。ＰＷＭ信号由ＴＬ４９４ＩＣ片产生，用ＥＸＢ８４０专用驱动器驱动ＩＧＢＴ。该电源具有输出电压稳定．电路简单，体积小，可靠性高，效率高和通用性强等特点。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the high-frequency switching steady-voltage power supply with PWM control signals and with IGBT as its main switching device.PWM control signals are produced by TL494IC and IGBT is driven by EXB840 special driver.This power supply has characteristics of steady output voltage,simple circuit,small volume,high reliability,high efficiency and good application interchangeability. |
