面向网络化制造的动态自组织制造资源模型的研究

摘    要:在分析网络化制造模式下制造资源模型新的特点的基础上,提出应用STEP、面向对象和XML等技术,定义适用于网络化制造的制造资源模型标注语言——MRMML,构建基于MRMMI,的动态自组织制造资源信息模型。分析了应用STEP和面向对象技术构建的制造资源模型、STEP Express模型到XML Schema映射的实现机制、MRMML Schema表示模式,以及基于MRMML动态自组织制造资源模型的框架构建等关键技术。开发了基于MRMML的制造资源数据转换模块,实现了制造资源信息基于网络的传输、共享和交互。

Abstract:Based on studying new characteristics of the manufacturing resource model in networked manufacturing environment, manufacturing resource model markup language(MRMML) was defined by using STEP standard, object-oriented technology and XML technology, and corresponding dynamic self-organization manufacturing resource model was accomplished. At the same time, many critical technologies were researched, including construction of manufacturing resource model for production life cycle requirements by using STEP and object-oriented technology, realization mechanism of STEP Express model mapping to XML Schema, express method of MRMML Schema, and frame constriction of dynamic self-organization manufacturing resource model. In the end, we developed a MRMML-based manufacturing resource model for accomplishing resource information transmission, sharing and exchanging through the Internet.
