基于PLC的电机同步数字控制模型研究

摘    要:PLC是现有工业控制系统中的主要控制设备,在自动化设备运行的PLC上增加部分硬件,采用全脉冲数字控制,提出一种新型电机同步控制算法,将电机的速度同步问题转换成位置跟踪同步问题,采用位置闭环反馈,推导出算法设计的原理和公式,并且最终在可编程控制器(PLC)上实现。同时,通过触摸屏显示主从电机脉冲数并为操作人员提供同步误差补偿界面。实践证明,该方法使电机不会出现速度振荡现象,运行平稳,简化系统结构,降低系统成本,可广泛应用于工业环境下PLC控制的各种机电设备中。

Abstract:PLC is the main control equipment available in the industry control system,the part hardware is in creased on PLC running in the automation equipment by using full pulse digital control.A novel motor synchronous control algorithm is put forward.The motor speed synchronization problem is converted into position tracking synchronization problem..The principle and formula of algorithm design are deduced by using position closed-loop feedback,and eventually it can be realized on PLC.At the same time,through the touch screen displaying masterslave motor pulse number,the synchronization error compensation interface is provided for the operator.The practice shows that this method can not make the motor appear speed oscillation phenomenon.It has advantages such as stable operation,simplifying system structure,and reducing the cost of the system,which can be widely used in various mechanical and electrical equipments in the industrial environment PLC control.
