摘    要:针对电动机控制电路中接触器在预期电寿命之前触头发生熔焊、失效等现象,深入分析了导敛触头发牛熔焊的机理和引起触头熔焊失效的原因,从应用和产品设计角度,给出了提高触头抗熔焊能力的具体思路。这些设计方法在实际应用中起到了很好的效果。

Abstract:Aiming at the situation that the fusion welding of the contactors occurred in motor control circuit before their electrical endurance,the contact fusion welding theory and causes of fusion welding were analyzed.From product design and application perspective,the corresponding methods of improving the capability of contact fusion welding resistance were proposed.The performance of contacts can be evidently improved by using these methods.
