偶氮二甲酰胺的改性研究

摘    要:在普通的偶氮二甲酰胺(AC发泡剂)中按不同的质量配比加入不同的添加剂制得了改性AC发泡剂,测 定了最大发气量和突发温度,探索出改性AC发泡剂产品的配方。结果表明:加入添加剂改性的AC不仅可 提高发气量,而且能降低突发温度,适用于AC发泡剂产品多样性、专用性的要求。

Abstract:Modified azodicarbonamide (MAC) was obtained by blending different additives with the single AC blowing agent in different mass ratios, the maximum decomposition gas volume and the outburst temperature were measured and some proper formulations were found out. The results showed that the MAC suits to the demands on the diversity and the specialty of AC blowing agent, which not only improving the decomposition gas volume, but also lowering the outburst temperature.
