摘    要:石化行业中高含硫一直是困扰相关装备设计制造的突出问题,一台低压放空分离器(碳钢设备)在工作压力0.1 MPa(工作温度为常温)下工作不到10个月发生氢致开裂破坏,对其破坏原因进行分析,采取相应措施有利于防止类似事故的再发生.

Abstract:High sulfur in petrochemical industry has been a major related equipment design and manufacture of prominent problems,a low-pressure vent separator(carbon steel equipment) in working pressure 0.1 MPa(working temperature under normal temperature) work less than 10 months occurrence hydrogen-induced cracking destruction,for the failure analysis of the causes,adopt corresponding measures to prevent similar accident happen again.
