乳白釉配方的试验研究

摘    要:为改善熔断器产品的外观质量,设计了七种乳白釉配方,通过釉浆工艺性能,釉后试品白度,弯曲强度等对比试验,优选出了6#乳白釉配方作为熔断器瓷管生产用釉。采用6#乳白釉的瓷材料弯曲强度达到235MPa以上,满足产品机械性能要求。试验结果表明:乳浊剂粒度应控制在3μm及以下,采用锆英砂作乳浊剂时,用量最好不要低于10%;在保证瓷釉正常烧结的情况下,尽量提高釉子的玻化温度,并尽可能缩短高火保温时间,减少乳浊剂在釉中的高温熔解量;乳浊釉配方中应尽量减少粘土用量,最好控制在8%以下,以保证釉浆的工艺性能。

Abstract:In order to improve appearance of fuse cutout,the author designed seven patterns of opal glaze composition,through comparative test on processing behaviour,whiteness of glazed articles and bending strength,the 6# composition is selected for cutout porcelain tube production, which may increase the bending strength of porcelain material up to 235MPa and above,meeting the requirement for mechanical characteristics of product.The test results show that the size of emulsion shall be 3μm and below,the ingredient of zirconia as emulsion no more than 10%,the verifications temperature should be as high as possible on condition of ensuring normal sintering of porcelain,with least maintaining duration at high temperature for reducing the melt rate of emulsion in glaze at high temperature, the ingredient of clay in glaze composition shall be no more than 8% for improving the processing property of glaze slurry.
