燃气轮机燃烧室内部流场的冷态模拟与优化设计

摘    要:利用流体分析软件STAR-CD对一个燃气轮机燃烧室的内部流场完整真实的几何结构进行了三维的冷态模拟;得出其内部的流场分布,对其加以分析,找出原设计中存在的问题,并加以改进,得出更加合理的流场分布,从而指导燃烧室的结构设计。改进后的数值模拟结果表明,改进措施的效果是十分明显的,所建立的流动分析系统为燃气轮机燃烧室的优化设计提供了强有力的计算分析工具。

Abstract:A numerical simulation system for the three-dimensional gas turbine combustion camber internal flow was established,based on the advanced computational fluid dynamics commercial software STAR-CD and real combustion camber geometry with detailed features represented. Numerical results for the flow inside an original design of the combustor were obtained and the main problems of the flow field were discussed. Special measures were taken to improve the flow structure inside the combustor. Numerical experiments show that those measures are very effective and the modified design is much better than the original design. The numerical analytic system for the flow inside the combustor proved to be a powerful tool for the optimal design of the combustion camber.
