乙醚麻醉法无水保活淡水鱼

摘    要:采用乙醚麻醉法,考察乙醚浓度对活鱼无水存活时间的影响,并用气相色谱法测定鱼血中乙醚残留。结果表明,乙醚麻醉效果明显,可以显著提高活鱼存活率。在室温(20±2)℃条件下,乙醚的最适浓度为4.0g/L。乙醚浓度相同而鱼体大小不同时,其麻醉效果相似。乙醚的平均回收率为93.33%,具有良好的回收性。鱼血中乙醚含量随时间的延长逐渐降低,最适乙醚浓度麻醉4h后,鱼血中乙醚浓度从0.169g/L降至0.058g/L,远低于食品安全卫生标准(<0.5g/L)。乙醚不会在鱼体内长时间积累滞留,对鱼、人体不会造成损伤。

Abstract:Effect of ether centent on survival time of living fish in waterless was studed by ether anesthesia. The ether residue in the fish's blood was determinated by gaschromatography. The results show that ether worked effectively as the anesthesia, and could enhance the livability. When ether content was 4.0g/L, survival time of living fish in waterless was the longest in the room temperature. At the same ether content but the size difference of fish, the survival time of living fish in waterless was similarity. The average recoverty of the ether was 93.33%. The content of ether in the fish's blood was decreasing with the prolongation of time. In the condition of the optimun ether anesthesia, the content of the ether decreases from 0.169g/L to 0.058g/L after 4 hours, which was far less than the food safety and hygiene standard(<0.5g/L). The ether did not accumulate for long time in the fish body, and did not damage to humans or fishs.
