杂质带太阳能电池研究

摘    要:能源危机和环保的要求使得高效太阳能电池的研究成为各国科技工作者关注的焦点。杂质带太阳能电池由于具有简单的结构和理论上的高转换效率,也日益成为研究人员关注的重点。杂质带太阳能电池的成本优势使其具有广阔的发展前景。本文介绍了杂质掺杂太阳能电池的基本原理、发展历程以及应用前景。
