摘    要:考察了贫化温度、硫化剂、还原剂、缓冷速率等因素对炼铜水淬渣中铜回收指标的影响。试验表明,当贫化温度保持在1350℃、硫化剂黄铁矿配比为5%、还原剂煤粉与硫化剂之比为1∶4、缓冷速率为5K/m in时,可获得粗选铜回收率78%左右、粗选精矿铜品位5.8%左右的技术指标。

Abstract:The factors influencing copper recovery,such as impoverishment temperature,curing ingredient,reductant and the velocity of slow cooling were studied.The results indicated that the optimal impoverishment-flotation efficiency was obtained when the impoverishment temperature is kept at 1350℃,the dosage of the iron pyrite is 5%,the mixture ratio of the reductant coal fines and curing ingredient is 1∶4,and the velocity of slow cooling is 5K/min.A concentrate of 5.8% copper content and a copper recovery of 78% is produced.
