摘    要:运用响应面分析法对马尾松树皮原花青素的提取条件进行优化,并测定了马尾松树皮粗原花青素对三种自由基体系的清除能力,以及对油酸体系过氧化的抑制作用。结果表明:响应面法能有效优化提取工艺,所得的马尾松树皮粗原花青素有很好的抗氧化活性。

Abstract:Extracting conditions of Proanthocyanidins from Pinus massoniana's bark were optimized by response surface method. The antioxidant activity of the crude proanthocyanidins was assessed by means of free radical scavenging test and linoleic acid peroxidation inhibiting test. Response surface method was successfully adapted according to the results, and the antioxidant effects of crude proanthocyanidins were good.
