| 摘 要： | 河南平顶山某煤矿住宅楼在施工期间及其使用过程中，有明显的不均匀沉降。文中介绍了该工程采取巷道封闭水平注浆、淤泥质粘土层挤压注浆、掏土及降水等措施进行建筑物纠偏和地基加固的经验。工程实践表明，该方案成本低、工期短、是一种行之有效的方法。
