| 摘 要： | 正确选用齿轮润滑油的类型,使齿面保持一定的油膜厚度,是解决齿轮寿命问题的重要方法。介绍了齿轮润滑油选用的一种方法,通过计算齿轮的齿面接触应力和力-速度因子,选择润滑油的种类和黏度来确定润滑油的牌号。

| Abstract: | Make a correct selection about species of gear lubricating oils and keep a proper oil-film thickness is one of the very important methods to resolve problem of gear life-span.Selection methods of lubricating oil about gear reducer are presented.It refers to the selection of species and viscosity of lubricating oils by calculating tooth-surface contact stress and force-velocity factor to confirm the trademark of lubricating oils about gear reducer. |
