独木采区西端帮境界外边坡下部矿体开采技术

摘    要:针对独木采区西端帮目前的开采现状,在现有露天底的基础上,保证露天采场上部边坡不扩帮的前提下,开采西端帮境界外高陡边坡下部矿体。从边坡稳定性、采排工艺、开采安全技术措施及经济效益等方面进行了分析研究,研究结果表明,该矿体开采技术可行,安全可靠,为矿山多回收105.3万t磁铁矿石,创经济效益1693.22万元。

Abstract:In view of the present conditions of the mining at the west wall in Dumu mining area, analysis is made on the slope stability,the mining and earthmoving thechnology, the technical measures for the safe mining and the economical benefit of exploiting the orebody under the high and steep slope outside the west wall under the prerequistes of ensuring an unexpasion of the upper slope of the open pit and of basing on the existing pit bottom. The reserch results show that the mining technology for this orebody is feasible, safe and reliable and can recover for the mine additional 1.053 million t magntite ore, suggesting an economic benefit of 16.9322 million yuan.
