基于扭矩法和超声法检测螺栓预紧力的误差分析

摘    要:文中分析了螺栓预紧力测量中的扭矩法和超声法的检测精度。基于扭矩法和超声法的检测原理,设计出检测装置,采用这2种方法对同类型紧固螺栓的预紧力进行了测量分析,并根据测量结果,分析了采用扭矩法和超声法测量紧固螺栓预紧力的测量误差。结果表明,在实验室环境下,与扭矩法相比,采用超声法测量螺栓预紧力的误差更小。

Abstract:The measurement errors are analyzed in the measurement of bolt preload with the torque method and ultrasonic method in this paper. Based on the principles of the torque method and ultrasonic method, the measuring device is designed and the bolt preload is measured for the same type of tightening bolts with these two methods on the designed experimental device. Then bolt preload measurement error with torque method and ultrasonic method are analyzed according to the measured results. The results show that the measurement error with the ultrasonic method is lower than that with the torque method in the laboratory environment.
