加工顺序优化研究

摘    要:大多数现有 CAD/ CAM系统还不能用实用的方法获取并处理制造信息 ,以致于在完成产品设计之后无法自动生成相应的制造方案和 NC代码。特征技术为设计与制造的一体化提供了关键的连接机制。但是 ,特征加工的顺序不是特征造型的顺序 ,也不是特征造型的逆序。对于特征加工顺序规划 ,最主要的指导原则是 :(1 )尽量依赖原始设计中的参照体系 ;(2 )尽量符合常规的工艺习惯。本文提出加工顺序优化思想 ,从加工的角度 ,重点讨论切削过程规划中建立在几何约束、相对基准约束及切削条件约束等三个优化准则上多种约束下加工顺序的优化问题

Abstract:The massage of manufacture cannot be obtained and dealt with practically by most CAD/CAM systems today. So the relevant plan of manufacture and NC code cannot be generated automatically when finishing the design of product. The feature technology provides the key linking method for the integration of design and manufacture. But the order of feature manufactureis neither the order of feature design nor backward sequence. For the plan of feature manufacture order, the most important guiding principles are: (1) do the best to depend on the reference frame of the original design; (2) do the best to accord with the custom of the technological process. This paper raises a point of the optimization of the manufacture order. In the view of manufacture, this paper discusses the problem of Optimal Manufacture Order, which is build on restraining of geometry, relative base, cutting condition when planning the cutting process.
